This premium whisky was introduced in Kenya more than 26 years ago by experts blenders with over 100 years of experience. Top Secret Whisky has a good body and silky glycerol texture with the aroma of woody Oak as it has been matured in oak casks in our distillery. Top Secret is smooth & soft as would be expected in all triple distilled spirits but has its own unique fresh floral & malt character. It is available in 750ml and 250 ml bottle.
Highland Fling
Serve 1.
Ingredients
- 4-6 cracked ice cubes
- Whisky
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- 2 measure sweet vermouth
- Cocktail olive, to decorate
Procedure
•Put the cracked ice into a mixing glass
•Pour over the Angostura bitters. Pour in the whisky and vermouth and stir well to mix
•Strain into a chilled glass and decorate with the olive.
•Serve immediately

Ingredients
•measure cherry brandy
•measure pineapple juice
•1/2 measure kirsch
•1 egg white
•1 scoop crushed ice
•Frozen maraschino cherry, to decorate
Procedure
•Shake the first four ingredients well over ice until frosted
•Pour into a chilled tall thin glass and decorate with frozen maraschino cherry

Harvey Wallbanger
Serves 1.
Ingredients
•1 Cracked ice
•3 measures vodka
•8 measures orange juice
•2 tsp Galliano
•Cocktail cherry and orange
•slice to decorate
Procedure
•Half fill a tall glass with cracked ice cubes
•Pour over the vodka and orange juice
•Float the Galliano on top
•Decorate with the cherry and the orange slice.

- 2 measure tequila
- 1 measure coffee liqueur
- 1 measure single cream
- Cracked iceProcedure

Procedure
•Place the sugar cube in the bottom of a chilled champagne flute.

Procedure
•Shake the white and dark rums, Curacao, lime juice, orgeat and grenadine vigorously until well frosted

Known as the “coffee Liqueur” which features the KENYAN coffees providing the feel of the latter
produced in our distillery, the “Kahawa Liqueur” made from cane spirit and Kenyan coffee is richly

Vodka Espresso
Serves 1.
Ingredients
• Cracked ice
• 2 measure espresso or other
• strong brewed coffee, cooled
• 1 measure vodka
• 2 tsp caster sugar
• 1 measure Amarula
Procedure
• Put the cracked ice into a cocktail shaker ,
• Pour in the coffee and vodka and add the sugar
• Cover and shake vigorously for 10 – 20 seconds, until the
outside of the shaker is misted.
• Strain into a cocktail glass, then float the Amarula on top
MADAFU LIQUEUR
Known as “coconut liqueur” made by the maceration of coconut in white rum. It was introduced in our distillery in the 80’s and was an immediate success with its sweet taste and stylish bottle packaging. Madafu Liqueur is an eighties favorite that stood the test of time, weathered the vagaries of fashion and survived. It is suited to this high quality , crystalline coconut liqueur.
Apple Breeze

Ingredients
• measure coconut rum
•Ice
•Sparkling cider
•Slice of apple, to decorate
Procedure
•Add liqueur to a chilled highball glass half – filled with ice
•Top with cinder

Ingredients
•1/2 measure cherry brandy, iced
•1/3 measure Cointreau, iced
•1/3 measure apricot liqueur, iced
Procedure
•Pour the three liqueurs in order into a iced elgin, tall shot glass or liqueur glass.
•Carefully pour them over the back of a spoon so they form coloured layers.
CRYSTAL DRY GIN
Made in pot stills, redistilled, when blended together a proportion of the results mixture is matured in oak ageing crystal dry gin. Crystal Dry Gin is one of the new generation young jenevers, designed to target younger, image conscious consumers with its clean and clear packaging and a smooth refreshing full flavoured style of spirit.
Long Island Iced Tea
Serves 1.
Ingredients
•2 measures Vodka
•1 measure Gin
•1 measure white tequila
•1/2 measure lemon juice
•1 tsp sugar syrup
•Cracked ice cubes
•Cola
•Slice of lime or lemon, to decorate
Procedure
•Shake the Vodka, Gin, tequila, Rum, cre’me de menthe, lemon juice and sugar syrup vigorously over ice until well frosted.
•Strain into ice – filled glass and top up with cola.
•Dress with the lime or lemon slice.

Serves 1.
Ingredients
- 1 splash Angostura Bitters
- Simple Syrup
- Lime
- Passion-Fruit
- 2 measure Oak cask
Procedure
- Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- Scoop out the contents of the passion fruit.
- Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Serve in a cocktail glass.
