Ingredients
•1 tsp caster sugar
•Pitch of ground cinnamon
•1 lemon wedge
•Cracked Ice
•1 measure Vodka
•1 measure XO Brandy

Procedure
•Mix together the sugar, the cinnamon on a saucer. Rub the outside rim of a cocktail glass with the lemon wedge, then
•dip it into sugar and cinnamon mixture. Set aside.
•Put the cracked ice into a mixing glass or jug and pour in the vodka XO Brandy. Stir well and strain into the prepared glass, without disturbing the frosting.
